“There were a few dirty towels that the cleaning crew must've forgotten to remove as well as the bed upstairs wasn't made and the bed Downstairs was only partially made. Otherwise, place was clean, bug free, safe and comfortable.”

“I loved my stay! Perfect place for a hot tub moment after a long day of snowboarding / skiiing! They don’t have enough keys for 10 people but since we didn’t really separate that wasn’t an issue! The hot tub room I wasn’t sure where the switch was but it seemed that it needs sun to charge it but since it’s been foggy I don’t think it was charged prior to our stay.”

“5 of us gathered at this beautiful home to ring in the new year. We had a wonderful stay! The fireplace was the main attraction and created a cozy atmosphere for us to gather, cook and hang out. The views were incredible!! The beds were comfortable. Our host was responsive and pleasant. I can imagine just how great this home would be in the warmer months when you can access the gardens. I highly recommend!! Thank you Joseph! ”

“What a gem of a property! The brother and sister that own and operate this place are so sweet and hospitable, and the bar and motel are quaint and charming in a cozy, woodsy way. If I’m ever in the area I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Rooms are totally outdated they look something from early 1970s decor. No fan in the bathroom and in one bathroom the handle to the sink fell off@”

“Staff/owners are good people, the rooms are small but clean, the setting along the river surrounded by the Catskills is lovely. Nice rear porch, outdoor fire rings-- a real folksy vibe. Close to Hunter Mtn.”
